🛍 Famous Barr Clothing Store – Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Famous Barr. If you’ve selected the wrong size, we’re happy to assist with a return under the following conditions:

⏳ Return Window
- Returns must be booked within 7 days of the original purchase date.

📦 Condition of Items
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in resaleable condition.
- All original tags must be attached when returning the item.

🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping is at the customer’s own cost when the wrong size has been chosen.

📧 How to Book a Return
- Please email your return request to Returns@famousbarr.co.za with:
  - Your full name  
  - Order number  
  - Item(s) you wish to return  
  - Reason for return  

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions to complete the process.

❗ Please Note
- We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
